- We opt for zero wastage of food products, with an exhaustive stock control and the donation of leftovers to charities and soup kitchens.

- We are proactive, making proposals for improvement in all our areas of action.

- Treballem per produir el menor impacte possible en el medi ambient, prioritzant els processos productius menys contaminants i seleccionant matèries primes de proximitat. Tanmateix, prioritzem els materials reutilitzables i reciclables.
- Apostem pel malbaratament zero d’aliments, amb un control exhaustiu de l’stock i la donació d’excedents a entitats i menjadors socials.
- Promovem la conscienciació social en matèria de medi ambient amb accions divulgatives i educatives.
